44 municipios palentinos se verán afectados por el "catastrazo" en 2017

El Consejo de Ministros del pasado viernes además de las subidas al impuesto de sociedades, de impuestos al tabaco o al alchol deja la aprobación de los coeficientes de actualización de los valores catastrales para el próximo año. A partir del 1 de enero, los propietarios de bienes inmuebles (pisos, garajes, locales comerciales, etc.) verán cómo Hacienda eleva el valor catastral de su propiedad, subiendo automáticamente el IBI que tendrán que satisfacer con el Ayuntamiento.

Esta medida, que afecta a unos 2.500 municipios en toda España, se hará afectiva en 44 municipios de la provincia de Palencia asestando un duro golpe al bolsillo de muchos contribuyentes.

Algunos de los municipios solicitan esta revisión catastral por encontrarse muy anticuada y devaluada, sin embargo, muchos otros, que se encuentran con ello, se muestran contrariados ya que consideran que los valores en muchos casos están muy por encima del valor del mercado y se verán obligados a recortar del tramo municipal para no subir el recibo a los vecinos. es el caso de Frómista.

Fue el pasado mes de octubre cuando el BOE publicaba la relación de los municipios que lo habían solicitado y el año en que se llevó a cabo la última actualización y que les detallamos a continuación:
