The report bearing the official seal of Spain?s Defense Ministry was obtained by Cadena SER and is dated on August, 2005

"The Taliban, with the backing of al Qaeda and the Pakistani ISID (Inter-Services Intelligence Directorate) have received remote-controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIEDS). The plan is for the Taliban to use these devices to kill by placing them in vehicles (...) although the potential targets have not been specified"

According to the report , the Spanish Military Services of Intelligence detected on 2005: "The existence of training camps that produce the most advanced explosive devices (IED) in Pakistan, where the Taliban have received training, support and Intelligence from the Pakistani Secret Services and where new explosives (IEDS), such as magnetic explosives, inspired by tactics used in Iraq, are being developed."
